Roses are packed in two layers to ensure protection during shipping. 12 roses on the top layer, 13 roses on the bottom layer. Count the stems to ensure you have received your whole order.
✿ Roses are shipped fresh from the farm. They will have thorns and guard petals. Remove thorns and guard petals before arranging flowers.
✿ Roses are shipped in bud form; once the rose is hydrated, the bloom will open to a much larger size.

🚚 Free Shipping Policy
E-Blooms Farm Direct Inc. offers FREE SHIPPING on all products delivered within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii require one additional transit day. Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday. Please allow a minimum of 7 days for handling and shipping.

An authorized person must be present at delivery to sign, open, and hydrate the flowers promptly. E-Blooms Farm Direct is not responsible for missed deliveries, delayed opening, improper care, or lost/stolen packages. Refunds will not be issued for customer negligence.

If not satisfied: notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of flowers and packaging, your order number, and all images within 48 hours. Claims not meeting these requirements cannot be processed.

Approved replacements require a minimum of four (4) business days. No same-day replacements available.
