WHEN ORDERING FOR AN EVENT:
We STRONGLY SUGGEST that if you are ordering these flowers for an event in which you desire the blooms to be open, you place your order with a DELIVERY DATE OF LEAST 4 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. This will allow the blooms to be at their optimum for the day of the event.
How Do I Care for My Mixed Farm Bunch?
- To make sure your wedding flower package stays fresh, unpack your flowers immediately upon arrival but leave them in the corrugated wrap.
- Let your flowers re-hydrate 1-2 hours before removing the wrap. Next, fill a clean container with fresh, cool water and add flower food if provided. After, make a clean cut at least a 1/2 inch above the end of each of the flower stems.
- Place and arrange your flowers as desired but do not store in direct sunlight and keep in a cool environment. Be sure to change the water and recut the stems every three days for maximum freshness of your wedding flower arrangement.
- Remove any leaves that fall in the water because they will cause mold.

E-Blooms Farm Direct Inc. offers FREE SHIPPING on all products delivered within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii require one additional transit day. Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday. Please allow a minimum of 7 days for handling and shipping.

An authorized person must be present at delivery to sign, open, and hydrate the flowers promptly. E-Blooms Farm Direct is not responsible for missed deliveries, delayed opening, improper care, or lost/stolen packages. Refunds will not be issued for customer negligence.

If not satisfied: notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of flowers and packaging, your order number, and all images within 48 hours. Claims not meeting these requirements cannot be processed.

Approved replacements require a minimum of four (4) business days. No same-day replacements available.
