*Return Policy for Perishable Products*

*Return & Refund Process:*

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of perishable items. However, we strive to ensure your satisfaction and a seamless experience with our offerings. In the event of any issues with your order, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following steps:

1. *Documentation Required:*
- Please take a clear picture of the box that your order was delivered in.
- Capture an image of the UPS label affixed to the package.
- Provide a photo of the product you received.
- Include your order number in your submission.

2. *Refund or Reshipment Options:*
- Upon receiving the required images, we will promptly process a full refund for your order.
- Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange for a reshipment of your order at no additional cost.

*How to Submit Your Request:*
To initiate your refund or reshipment, please send the requested images along with your order number to our customer service team at procurement@ebloomsdirect.com and mfv@ebloomsdirect.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
