E-blooms Farm Direct Inc offers Free Shipping in all the products and orders delivered to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, we need 1 extra day.
Please have someone available to receive and process the boxes on the delivery date.
We recommend caring for your flowers as soon as possible! Please follow our Flower Care & Preparation guide for each flower type you receive, to ensure that the quality of the flowers is not affected.
We suggest that you calculate your delivery date at least 2-3 days before your event. This will give you enough time to make any necessary adjustments in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
Shipments can be delayed due to various reasons and circumstances, in such cases, shipping and/or delivery dates may be modified. Itās always a good idea to keep track and stay in touch with the shipping company to get the latest updates on your shipmentās status.
Shipments may be delayed by weather or other unforeseen circumstances resulting in shipping and/or delivery dates being modified.
E-blooms Farm Direct Inc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, UPS or other shipping delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or other acts of nature.
Upon receipt of your order, E-Blooms will send an acknowledgement, and process your request. Although your order will be shipped express, please allow a minimum of 7 days for the handling and shipping process. Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday to the 50 states and Puerto Rico. Deliveries are not available on Monday, Saturday, or Sunday. Holiday schedules may differ from regular shipping schedules.
EBlooms Direct guarantees the flowers we deliver. They are selected and graded with pride for "Touch a Life Foundation". If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product freshness delivered, please notify us immediately to request a possible replacement and/or refund.
Each order is especially packed for you and is shipped directly from our partner farms in Ecuador and Colombia. Therefore, there will be times when a 24-hour replacement is not available or possible. Replacement will only be honored if the flowers arrive in poor condition. We require photographs of the damaged flowers for any replacements or refunds to be honored. All images must be received within 48 hours of receipt of the flowers.

It is normal for your flowers to appear dehydrated and thirsty. Carefully follow our care and handling tips to ensure full hydration and a long shelf life for your enjoyment. Please have someone available to receive and process the bulk boxes on the delivery date.
Each bouquet is wrapped and packaged with paper and inserted in a sleeve to protect them during shipping. They are labeled for easy identification.
Each Magic Flower combo selection is packaged with a cardboard liner that protects the blooms. They are sealed with a clear interior lid that locks in the humidity while allowing you to visualize the contents of the box. This environment will allow you to store your tropical blooms in this same box until you are ready to arrange your flowers.
PLEASE NOTE: There are ventilation holes on each end of the box, open these flaps for proper ventilation.
Tropical Flowers absorb water from the environment. Therefore it is important to maintain constant moisture within the box (recommended humidity level of 70-85% is best). Its ideal handling temperature is 55 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit (13-21 degrees Celsius). Its ideal storage temperature is 59 degrees Fahrenheit (15 degrees Celsius).
Upon arrival of your premium tropical selection of flowers, uncover the box and allow the product to breathe for 30 to 45 minutes. Later, mist the blooms with water, close the box and store them at the specified temperature.

You can also easily make your own flower food. Follow the steps below and you will give your flowers added shelf life. This homemade flower food mix can be used for all flowers.

All shipments are handled by FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipments may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
An authorized person must be present at delivery to sign, open, and hydrate the flowers promptly. E-Blooms Farm Direct is not responsible for missed deliveries, delayed opening, improper care, or lost/stolen packages. Refunds will not be issued for customer negligence.
If not satisfied: notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of flowers and packaging, your order number, and all images within 48 hours. Claims not meeting these requirements cannot be processed.
Approved replacements require a minimum of four (4) business days. No same-day replacements available.
